Provides overall administration to the program, also provides spiritual counsel to the students, and directly supervises the Ministry Director and Development staff.

Director of Discipleship – Focuses on intensive student spiritual personal development and the incorporation and oversight of transformative/trauma programming.

Director of Donor Relations – Works at building the base of ministry partners to allow us to continue to minister to the deep needs of those who have no financial means to cover the costs of recovery.

Armond “Bud” Roda

Resource Coordinator – Serves as a Volunteer Staff Chaplain in the Lancaster County Prison and a liaison for referrals to the program.
