       Robert Schoonover // Executive DirectorRobert provides overall administration to the program, also provides spiritual counsel to the students, and directly supervises the Ministry Director and Development staff.

       Steven Steel // Men's Program DirectorSteve is a Potter's House alumnus and has served in various capacities since 2021 including as a volunteer, House Manager, Student Affairs Manager and currently serves as the Men's Program Director. He has a passion for serving others with substance abuse disorders and spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. He is a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) and also holds a Criminal Justice endorsement from the Pennsylvania Certification Board. Steve also holds a bachelor's degree (BA) in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity degree (M.Div.) with a concentration in Biblical Counseling at Midwestern Seminary. In his free time, Steve enjoys following all Philly sport's teams and reading a good book.

       Veronica Jimenez // Women's Program DirectorWith a heart for restoration and a passion for discipleship, Veronica serves as the Women’s Discipleship Director at The Potter’s House. A former volunteer chaplain at Lancaster County Prison, she has walked alongside countless women on their journey toward healing and freedom. Veronica is also the creator and teacher of Sound Mind Awareness—a scripture-based course focused on mental wealth and renewing the mind through God’s Word. Her life and ministry are a testimony to the power of transformation, and she is committed to seeing women discover their identity and purpose in Christ.

       Rob Weatherholtz // Director of DiscipleshipRob serves as the Director of Discipleship at The Potter’s House Ministry and as an Associate Pastor at Breakout Ministries in Leola, PA. He also volunteers as a chaplain at Lancaster County Prison. An accomplished author, Rob has written A Raptured Heart (his autobiography) and The Believer’s Warfare. As a co-visionary for the Still Waters Recovery Center, he is passionate about sharing the transforming power of Jesus Christ with those The Potter’s House is called to serve.

       Lanny Millette // Director of Donor RelationsLanny works at building the base of ministry partners to allow us to continue to minister to the deep needs of those who have no financial means to cover the costs of recovery.

       Armond "Bud" Roda // Resource CoordinatorBud serves as a Volunteer Staff Chaplain in the Lancaster County Prison and a liaison for referrals to the program.

       Brittany Resh - Resholutions Co. // Communications DirectorBrittany is the owner of Resholutions Co. She manages our social media channels and website, creates the newsletter along with our marketing materials (both digital and physical).

       Evie Knutsen // Administrative AssistantEvie Knutsen has over 30 years of ministry experience serving women, children, and churches both in the U.S. and abroad. A retired New York police officer and credentialed pastor, she has pastored alongside her husband, led worship, supported children’s shelters, and helped establish churches in the Philippines. Today, Evie serves with a passion for teaching God’s Word and encouraging women to grow in Christ and community. 
House Managers
Provide oversight of the students in the house on evenings and weekends.
